What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?
Hot-swappable versions allow you to change your mechanical switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing experience. Non-hot-swappable versions have the switches soldered directly to the PCB.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders typically process within 2 business days. Delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Are Keychron keyboards compatible with both macOS and Windows?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility. Each keyboard includes a toggle switch to swap between macOS/iOS and Windows/Android modes, and we include dedicated keycaps for both layouts.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects. If you experience a hardware issue, please contact our support team with a video of the problem to initiate a replacement or repair under our standard warranty.
Can I use Keychron keyboards in both wired and wireless modes?
Most of our models feature Bluetooth connectivity for up to three devices and a USB Type-C wired mode. You can easily switch between modes using the physical toggle on the side of the keyboard.
